The Royal Ploughing Ceremony was held today. The sacred oxen ate grass which should mean that farmers will a good harvest this year.

At the ceremony, two pairs of beautiful sacred oxen are used to plough a furrow through part of the Sanam Luang grounds as rice is planted behind them.
