New police policy aims to make police officers into “diplomats” when dealing with tourists, after random police searches in Bangkok last year, sometimes with demands for money or humiliating public urine tests, led to many complaints.


The only person who looks suspicious in this picture is the police officer. 🙂 


Tourist don’t have to pee pee anymore in public or have their body/bags searched without due process.
