Finland, a country without oil, gas or diamonds, has since 1968 focused on its most precious resource: human capital. It’s educational system produces some of the best students in the world. But how? Are there lessons for Thailand?

Thailand really needs to adopt some new measures in the Thai education sector. It’s bad and getting worse every year. They should try to offer some type of early retirement package to get rid of some old fashion teachers and bring in younger talent.

They need to implement new administration staff and resources because Thai teachers are to often doing administrative duties along with teaching. Please don’t get me started on the other important topics such as: homework, exams, corruption, bullying etc.
