With the United States presidential election less than seven weeks away, President Barack Obama and challenger Mitt Romney are accelerating their paid television advertising campaigns in an attempt to influence the minority of undecided voters – most likely less than 5% of the electorate – who may decide the outcome of the election.


This weekend on English Attack!, we feature interactive video lessons based on two contrasting ads, one from each camp, which do battle on the central issue of the American economy and which candidate seems most likely to get it growing again. It is an issue, and an outcome, which will have wider repercussions for the struggling world economy.
